Shipping Information
We at Vollmer's Bakery and Cheesecake Factory ship our products either 2nd day delivery, next day delivery or Saturday delivery.

Unless otherwise specified, cheesecake and torte orders placed by 11:00 A.M. MST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 A.M. MST cannot be shipped until the following business day. Orders can be shipped via 2nd Day delivery to arrive on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only. Orders shipped via Next Day delivery can arrive on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays (where available and at an extra charge). We are unable to ship over the weekend or on holidays due to the perishable nature of our products.
Shipping rates will be calculated at check out and will depend on the shipping location.
.Shipping container:
We use a special insulated shipping container to insure that your order arrives perfectly. We also use either dry ice or frozen gel packs to keep our cakes at the optimal temperature.
Handling instructions are on the inner flaps of the shipping box.
